Notch 개발자(이하 "개발자")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, '개인정보 보호법' 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 'Notch'(이하 "앱")를 이용하는 사용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보호되는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법

사용자가 앱에 입력하는 자산 기록(자산·부채 금액, 스냅샷, 목표, 메모)은 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 개발자의 서버로 전송·수집되지 않습니다. 본 앱은 회원가입이나 계정 없이 동작하며 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 내보내기를 실행한 경우에만 생성됩니다.

앱 내 광고 서비스 제공 및 앱 개선을 위해 제3자(Third Party) 서비스 제공자에 의해 다음과 같은 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.

• 광고 식별자(Advertising ID): iOS IDFA — 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 프롬프트에서 사용자가 허용한 경우에 한함. 허용하지 않으면 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다.
• 기기 정보: 기기 모델명, OS 버전, 언어 설정, IP 주소, 네트워크 상태
• 앱 이용 기록: 화면·기능 사용 이벤트, 접속 로그, 서비스 이용 시간 — 자산 금액 등 재무 정보는 포함되지 않습니다

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

수집된 정보는 다음의 목적으로만 이용됩니다.

1. 맞춤형 광고 제공: Google AdMob을 통해 사용자의 관심사에 맞는 광고를 노출하기 위함
2. 서비스 개선: Google Firebase Analytics를 통해 앱 이용 행태(기능 사용·화면 조회 등)와 오류를 분석하여 서비스를 개선하기 위함

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

본 앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 외부 전문 업체에 제한된 범위 내에서 정보를 제공(위탁)하고 있습니다.

4. 사용자 및 법정대리인의 권리

사용자는 언제든지 기기 설정을 통해 맞춤형 광고 식별자 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다.

자산 기록 데이터는 기기에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하게 될 경우, 즉시 해당 정보를 파기할 것입니다.

The Notch developer (hereinafter "the Developer") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how the "Notch" app collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information Collection

The asset records you enter in the app (asset/liability amounts, snapshots, goals, memos) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or collected by the Developer's servers. The App works without any account or backend server. Backup files are created only when you explicitly export them.

For the purpose of providing in-app advertising and improving services, the following information may be automatically collected by third-party service providers:

• Advertising ID: iOS IDFA — only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, non-personalized ads are shown.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, language settings, IP address, network status
• Usage Data: Screen/feature usage events, access logs, service usage time — your financial figures are never included

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

1. Targeted Advertising: To display ads relevant to user interests via Google AdMob.
2. Service Improvement: To analyze app usage behavior (feature usage, screen views) and errors to improve the service via Google Firebase Analytics.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

The App provides information to the following external professional companies within a limited scope to provide services.

4. User Rights

Users can opt-out of the collection of personalized advertising identifiers at any time via device settings.

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Toggle off for Notch

Your asset records live only on your device, so deleting the app deletes them.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
